We are committed in our mission to promote cycling and especially the physical and mental health benefits that time in the saddle provides.
We are always open to providing support to charitable causes and support is provided entirely at management discretion and subject to workshop demand and capacity.

The #PeaceBicycle
From the workshop to the corridors of power.
A symbol of unity between Britain and Ukraine.
Based on a 2016 Carrera Subway Two which was kindly donated to the workshop, I present to you the #PeaceBicycle.
My personal brief on this one was to create a bike themed on the Ukrainian Flag which could be used by my friends at the AUGB Nottingham Ukrainian Centre to help raise humanitarian aid funds.
I used this opportunity to try a couple of new techniques and to study Ukrainian Folk art. From which I took as inspiration for the piece.
The end result is a mixture of two tone blue and yellow graphics depicting both wheat and Sunflowers, with Original bike graphics reproduced and painted in copper.
The bike was donated on May 9th 2023 and it is fair to say went on to have quite a journey, including a visit to the Houses of Parliament.
